The Burke Ranch Conservation Bank is permitted to sell vernal pool preservation credits. The Mariner Vernal Pool Conservation Bank is a 160-site located outside of Lincoln, California in Placer County. The Bank is credited to sell vernal pool preservation credits to off-set impacts to vernal pool habitat, required under the Endangered Species Act and as authorized by U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. The Bank is authorized to service clients in Western Placer County. more
