![]() ![]() Burke Ranch Conservation Bank![]() Westervelt Ecological Services now has credits available at the Burke Ranch Conservation Bank. The Bank is 960-acres in size and is located in Solano County, 10 miles south of Dixon. The Burke Ranch Conservation Bank is permitted to sell vernal pool preservation credits. The site may also be available for California Tiger Salamander, Delta Green Ground Beetle and Swainson's Hawk. ![]() Burke Ranch is one of the largest vernal pool conservation banks in the County, just under 1,000 acres in size, and supports one of the few populations of federally-listed Delta Ground Green Beetle. In addition, the site has vernal pool fairy shrimp, vernal pool tadpole shrimp, and conservancy fairy shrimp, along with California tiger salamander, Burrowing owl, and Swainson's hawk. Burke Ranch Conservation Bank is permitted to sell credits in portions of Solano, Colusa and Yolo Counties and to projects in surrounding counties, on a case-by-case basis.
